Role & responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and monitor end-to-end supply chain operations, including

procurement and production planning of finished goods.

• Support demand forecasting and inventory planning to ensure optimal stock

availability and minimize excess or shortages of finished goods.

• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, logistics partners, and internal

departments to track order status and resolve operational issues.

• Negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and favourable

commercial terms while ensuring quality and service standards.

• Prepare and manage contracts, system-generated purchase orders, and

related documentation in ERP systems.

• Monitor supply chain performance through defined KPIs and recommend

process improvements.

• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, quotations, inventory, and

vendor data, especially for finished goods inventories.

• Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams to reduce lead times and

optimize transportation costs.• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, legal, and internal company

policies and procedures.

• Conduct periodic audits at manufacturing and vendor locations and be willing

to travel as required.
