PPC - Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager

Job Responsibilities:-

Quality control of Fabric at all the stages like griege inspection, Middle inspection, Quality Lab & Final inspection.

2. To make sure all the submission (PP, TOP, and SHADE LOTS) to buyer are thoroughly checked and confirmed to the required standard.

3. Evaluating the Proto & PP Sample and their manufacturing process, make sure it should be production friendly and follow the quality standard as per buyer requirement.

4. Communication with the third party QAs for the inspection of fabric.

5. Testing and assuring the quality of product as per export norms.

6. To ensure that all the raw material testing being done as per procedure and documented (fabrics, dyes, chemicals, embellishments etc.).

7. To make sure all the inline process parameters are tested through lab and confirmed.

8. To ensure all the production output from different departments are meeting the required quality standards.

9. To coordinate with Merchants and make sure all the technical limitations are closed well in time.

10. To do PPM in house, pre alert the precautions to be taken during different process.

11. To review the defects report of Greige and Middle inspection, reason, analysis and action plan to avoid in future.

12. To maintain proper record of all the inspection reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

good knowledge of Quality & Technical Specifications and able to handle all the quality relate issues in different manufacturing processes such as Yarn/ Fabric Dyeing, Weaving, Printing, Finishing, Final checking & Dispatch.

2. Must have Technical background in Quality in Textiles.

3. Good communication and presentation skills.
