PPC foundry Supervisor

Job Description

Oversee production planning and control (PPC) in the foundry to ensure efficient workflow. Develop and maintain production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize resource utilization. Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams for seamless operations. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of raw materials. Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with quality control standards and regulatory requirements. Supervise and train foundry workers to enhance productivity and maintain safety protocols. Prepare reports on production performance for senior management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Metallurgy, or Foundry Technology . 3 to 5 years of experience in foundry operations and PPC management . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Knowledge of casting processes, molding techniques, and material properties . Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person
