Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive - Local Cable & Internet Operator Partnerships Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a knack for building strong relationships? We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and drive the expansion of our internet services by forging partnerships with local cable operators (LCOs) and internet service providers (ISPs). In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for identifying, approaching, and collaborating with LCOs and smaller ISPs to promote and distribute our cutting-edge internet solutions. If you have excellent communication skills, a proven sales track record, and a deep understanding of the local market, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Prospecting: Identify and research potential LCOs and smaller ISPs within designated territories who could benefit from partnering to offer our internet services. Partnership Development: Initiate contact and build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers at LCOs and ISPs. Product Promotion & Education: Effectively present and explain the benefits and features of our internet services to potential partners, tailoring pitches to their specific needs and business models. Negotiation & Agreement: Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and close partnership agreements with LCOs and ISPs. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales and partnership acquisition targets. Training & Support: Provide initial training and ongoing support to partners on our products, sales processes, and customer service standards. Market Feedback: Gather market intelligence and feedback from partners to help refine our product offerings and marketing strategies. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and partnership details. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably within the telecom, internet, or cable industry. Strong understanding of the local cable and internet landscape, including market dynamics, challenges, and opportunities. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
