Job Description – BI Architect

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced BI Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable Business Intelligence and data solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, data architecture, Azure data services, data warehousing, and BI governance. The role requires the ability to translate business requirements into effective data models, dashboards, and enterprise-level analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI.
- Develop and optimize data models, DAX calculations, Power Query transformations, and interactive dashboards.
- Define data architecture, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT strategies to support enterprise reporting and analytics.
- Work with Azure services, including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Establish BI governance practices covering data security, performance optimization, deployment, and CI/CD.
- Design scalable BI architectures that support business requirements and stakeholder expectations.
- Explore and integrate AI-driven capabilities using Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, and LLM-based solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, security, and performance across BI platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, data architecture, and analytics.
- Power BI: Strong expertise in data modelling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard development, and performance optimization.
- Data Architecture: Strong understanding of SQL, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Azure: Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL, and Microsoft Fabric.
- BI Governance: Knowledge of data security, performance management, deployment practices, and CI/CD.
- AI & Generative AI: Familiarity with Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, and LLM-based solutions.
- Solution Architecture: Ability to design scalable BI solutions aligned with business needs.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
