The Supervisor will oversee daily operations at the farm, ensuring the health and well-being of the poultry. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, monitoring livestock conditions, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring compliance with safety and biosecurity standards. The Supervisor will also monitor inventory, manage feed supply, and coordinate with management to meet production goals. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of poultry care, farm operations, and animal health management Familiarity with safety protocols and biosecurity measures in farm settings Basic understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes Ability to analyze operational data to improve productivity Good communication, organizational, and time management skills Prior experience in agriculture or livestock management is advantageous Relevant educational qualifications in agriculture, animal husbandry, or related fields are preferred
