Post Merger Integration Specialist

You will be joining as a Manager (Level 7) at Accenture's Corporate Development Financial Due Diligence team, focusing on Middle East engagements with EMEA FDD teams. Your responsibilities will involve performing high-quality financial due diligence for acquisitions, joint ventures, and equity investments. You will review and analyze key financial documents, attend target meetings, and provide advice to the corporate development team on deal issues impacting the business case and integration. Your role will include analyzing complex financial aspects such as quality of earnings, operating metrics, debt items, and net working capital. You will collaborate with regional financial due diligence teams and other cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive insights. Additionally, you will ensure continuity and transition to the post-merger integration and operational finance teams after closing. You should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in professional services or consulting, with at least 5 years of financial due diligence experience in a Big 4 accounting firm. A degree in Accounting or Finance is required, along with written and verbal fluency in Arabic. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in Finance, proven financial and analytical skills, experience with mergers and acquisitions, project management skills, and effective communication skills. The position is based in Gurugram or Bengaluru. The shift timings may vary between 11am to 8pm and 9am to 6pm, depending on the deal requirements.
