Job Overview We are looking for a motivated Reservation cum Marketing Manager to handle guest bookings and drive the digital marketing efforts for our service apartments. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and customer-focused, with a flair for online promotion. Key Responsibilities Reservations Manage inbound calls and email inquiries from potential guests. Handle bookings and calendar management across platforms like Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Booking.com , and direct bookings. Maintain clear and courteous communication with guests throughout their stay cycle. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth check-in and guest experience. Marketing Promote Portico through online marketing campaigns and initiatives. Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to improve online visibility and generate leads. Monitor platform reviews, respond professionally, and maintain a positive brand image. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or digital marketing. Familiarity with platforms like Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Booking.com is an advantage. Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written). Basic experience in digital marketing (social media, basic SEO, online ads).
