Job Description : Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Integration Project Manager to lead end-to-end integration projects that unify multiple subsystems into a cohesive, high-performing solution. This role requires a unique combination of technical expertise, project management capabilities, and leadership skills to ensure the successful delivery of complex integration projects. Key Responsibilities Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones. Develop and monitor detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration. Identify, manage, and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. Monitor and control project performance, quality, and compliance with requirements. Lead integration testing, verification, and validation of systems to ensure functionality and performance. Ensure system solutions meet all technical requirements and specifications. Document and report project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management. Required Skills & Competencies Project Management Expertise : Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Jira, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). System Integration Knowledge : Familiarity with integration architecture, design, testing, deployment, and industry best practices. Technical Proficiency : Experience with hardware, software, data, and process integration technologies and standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to analyze issues, evaluate solutions, and drive resolution efficiently. Communication Skills : Strong written, verbal, and visual communication to influence and align diverse stakeholders. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management : Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with clients, vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams. Leadership Abilities : Skilled at motivating and guiding teams to achieve project goals under tight timelines and changing requirements.
