Role & responsibilities Identify, connect, and convert potential students interested in digital marketing courses. Conduct telephonic and online counseling sessions to explain course features, benefits, and outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with leads through follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Coordinate with the marketing team to execute lead generation strategies. Meet enrollment targets through strategic outreach and conversion. Represent Pooinfotech in webinars, seminars, or online events. Could you provide feedback from the market to help enhance our offerings and marketing strategies? Preferred candidate profile Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong, convincing, and negotiation abilities. Passionate about education and digital marketing. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. A basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus. Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM systems, etc. Qualifications: 12th Freshers are welcome. MBA (Marketing) freshers are welcome. Prior experience in sales or education counseling is an added advantage.
