Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mixing Incharge, located in Pune. The Mixing Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the daily mixing operations, ensuring the quality and consistency of mixes, managing mix formulations, and maintaining mixing equipment. The role requires close collaboration with production and quality teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency. The Mixing Incharge will also be responsible for maintaining safety standards, training mixing staff, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Qualifications Experience in overseeing mixing operations and maintaining mixing equipment Knowledge of mix formulations and quality control processes Ability to collaborate with production and quality teams to optimize processes Experience in ensuring safety standards and training mixing staff Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Prior experience in the electrical or electronic manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field Show more Show less
