Role Description We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role based in Patna, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting outbound sales calls, and generating leads. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, present our solutions effectively, and close sales opportunities. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed sales targets. Qualifications Sales skills, including lead generation, outbound calling, and closing sales Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Experience in CRM usage and data management tools Ability to understand and present technical and complex product offerings Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized individuals Knowledge of B2B sales practices is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in SaaS or technology sales is advantageous Willingness to work on-site in Patna
