We’re looking for motivated and skilled interns to join our front-end team and contribute to live projects that directly impact our digital platform. Role Overview As a Frontend Development Intern, you will be responsible for creating engaging, performant, and user-friendly web applications using Next.js. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences in the e-commerce and diamond trading space. Key Responsibilities • Build responsive, scalable, and dynamic web pages using Next.js. • Convert Figma/UI designs into pixel-perfect, reusable React components. • Work on server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) features of Next.js. • Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs provided by backend teams. • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness. • Optimize front-end performance, SEO, and Core Web Vitals. • Debug issues and maintain high-quality code with proper documentation. Requirements • Strong proficiency in Next.js and React.js. • Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. • Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, or similar). • Understanding of API integration (REST/GraphQL). • Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control. • Good problem-solving skills and a keen eye for design & detail. Nice to Have (Optional Skills) • Knowledge of TypeScript. • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or other CSS frameworks. • Understanding of Next.js image optimization, dynamic routing, and middleware. • Interest in UI/UX design principles.
