Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive in the HoReCa sector, based in the Delhi NCR area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing existing client relationships, and driving sales targets. The day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also requires the Sales Executive to represent Polar Quality India at various trade shows and industry events. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, specifically within the HoReCa sector Strong market research and sales strategy development skills Excellent negotiation and contract management skills Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Knowledge of the seafood industry is a plus Proficiency in using CRM software and sales performance tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
