They have a " who cares " sales team. Despite reaching out to them several time , and even calling and Whatsapping the sales person...there was no response from them. Attitude is like who cares.If the sales team is like that , can imagine the service later.

I was called for some update by them again and again and was annoyed till I confirmed to do so.I confirmed booking via call on Saturday. Today when I reached at 9am, they said I have no booking in my name and was not allowed to enter. The person who called to annoy and made me do the booking did not receive the call. Disappointed.

Not good experience, Name and contact no was not correctly submitted to RTO office.. now I am facing problem. After requesting Poddar manager, he is also not responding wall, as well as seals exicutive Gitu Raj Deka doing the same.

The staff who are engaged in servicing area are disrespectful to the customers. And the servicing area also needs to be cleaned. The area is full of dust.
