We are seeking a skilled Plantation Manager to oversee our plantation operations. The Plantation Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of plantation activities, ensuring efficient operation, optimizing productivity, and maintaining high standards of crop quality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of agricultural practices. Key Responsibilities : Operational Management : Plan, organize, and coordinate plantation activities including planting, cultivation, irrigation, and harvesting. Monitor and manage plantation resources such as labor, equipment, and materials efficiently. Implement and maintain health and safety standards across the plantation. Crop Management : Ensure proper crop rotation and pest control measures are in place. Monitor crop health and take proactive steps to maintain crop quality and yield. Implement sustainable agricultural practices to optimize productivity and minimize environmental impact. Financial Management : Develop and manage budgets for plantation operations. Monitor expenses and control costs to ensure operations remain within budgetary constraints. Implement strategies to maximize profitability and achieve financial targets. Personnel Management : Recruit, train, and supervise plantation staff. Foster a positive work environment and provide leadership and guidance to the team. Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans for staff members. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing agricultural operations. Maintain records and documentation as required by regulatory authorities.

1.Manage all QC activities for the plant. 2.Supervise site sample collection, slump testing, and testing of hardened concrete. 3.Oversee day-to-day lab operations and ensure calibration of all testing equipment. 4.Maintain records and reports.
1.Oversee financial reporting, consolidation, and finalization of accounts. 2.Ensure statutory compliance (GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC filings) and timely filings. 3.Handle assessments, hearings, and replies to notices from GST, Income Tax etc
