We are looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller to join our sales & customer support team. The role includes calling potential customers, explaining product details, handling inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining follow-ups to close orders. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers and retailers Explain PNC Garments’ product range and pricing clearly Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into orders Maintain daily call follow-up records Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction Coordinate with the sales and operations team when required Requirements Good communication skills (Hindi / English preferred) Basic computer knowledge / WhatsApp handling Positive attitude & confidence while speaking Experience in telecalling / sales is a plus (freshers can apply) Job Type: Walk-In Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
