I am totally fade up with this bank.। I checked online opening time was there 10am to 5 pm and called landline no was not working.। I reached at bank by 2pm, they did not allow me and paste one letter timing 10am to 2 pm .। I am already harrashed with pnb insurance.। No one is listening our voice.। Kindly check enclosed picture

Very bad service Lady on counter didn't received letter says send by courier of policy holder not come. Despite their faut deduct double premium and say will refund after 15 days.
