There have been reports of fraudulent activities involving some agents. It seems that one of the agents based in Varapuzha, Ernakulam, Kerala, has been deceiving clients by claiming that the commission money will be used for the treatment of an elderly person who is part of their group.

Helpful staff.. very enthusiastic. Too bad they are not always the first people you interact with. The people manning the call centres do not have basic knowledge and will frustrate you. However, the staff in this particular office is very very good.

I have been trying to change my address for the past 6 years. Everytime they'll say it's been changed, but in their system it will not change. Even today I got a call from them saying that their relationship manager wants to see my at my old address in another district which I sold years back. These guys suck big time.
