its worsest experience i ever had... i had purchase policy when metlife was with axis tie up ......now they r no more together and i want to exit policy but PNB Metlife is not assisting me ... no individual office of METLIFE in gurgaon what should i do?????

Worst experience the manager here mr jitender is a fraud he kept my money for 7 months and without even doing any policy and to reclaim my i made several complains still it was of no use pnb customer care wont even help their customer stay away from pnb met life even agents cheat a lot

Very bad experience as on website it shows office closes at 2 pm and when I reached at 1.15 pm it was closed , people were sitting inside but nobody attended .
