Role & responsibilities The Sales Engineer will manage relationships with existing Indian clients for our manufacturing operations. The role focuses on ensuring smooth coordination between India and our Head Quarters in Taiwan for order fulfillment, monitoring production schedules, and maintaining client satisfaction. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Account Management within the machine tools, linear motion, or precision engineering industries. Strong understanding of CNC machining, automation systems, and supply chain processes related to machine tools and precision components. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with ERP or order management systems is an advantage. Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the primary point of contact for existing Indian clients of our manufacturing business. Coordinate with Taiwan Head Quarters operations to ensure orders are correctly processed and delivered on time. Monitor production schedules, material availability, and shipping timelines. Address client queries regarding product specifications, order status, or delivery. Maintain accurate records of orders, client communications, and follow-ups. Ensure seamless handover and execution of orders from Taiwan Head Quarters to Indian operations. Support operational teams in resolving any production or logistical challenges. Provide periodic reports on order progress, client satisfaction, and account activities.
