Our oncology division is rapidly growing, and we are looking to onboard passionate professionals who can lead sales efforts and contribute to better cancer care outcomes. Role Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager – Oncology to oversee our sales operations across the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of cancer therapies and oncology medications, with a proven ability to drive business growth, develop strong client relationships, and lead high-performing sales teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional sales strategies for oncology products Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives Achieve and exceed sales targets across assigned territories Establish and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, hospitals, and healthcare professionals Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of trends Organize CMEs, product launches, and promotional events Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop localized campaigns Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management Key Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in oncology or cancer-care segments In-depth understanding of oncology products, treatments, and cancer therapeutics Strong track record in sales management, business development , and client relationship management Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing (MBA preferred) Experience with CRM tools and digital sales platforms is a plus Why Join Us?
