The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, proven sales success, and the ability to drive revenue growth across B2B industries. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for domestic and international starch markets. Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and global clients. Manage existing customer accounts and ensure strong relationship management. Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and pricing strategy. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance for smooth order execution. Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in starch, food ingredients, agro-commodities, or related sales. Strong understanding of domestic and international export procedures. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel frequently (domestic and abroad). Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Preferred Experience Experience with Native Starch, Modified Starch, Tapioca Starch, Corn Starch, or related ingredients.
