Sales Manager (Export) Beverages Location: Bengaluru Industry: Beverages / FMCG Department: International Sales & Export Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (Export) to lead and expand our beverage business across international markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in export sales, market development, and building distributor networks across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute export sales strategies for beverages across assigned countries. Identify new international markets, distributors, and business opportunities. Achieve monthly/annual export sales targets and drive business growth. Manage end-to-end export operations including order processing, documentation, logistics coordination, and compliance. Build strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners. Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and pricing strategy development. Attend international trade fairs/exhibitions and represent the company professionally. Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Logistics, Finance, QA) for smooth order execution. Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade or related field. Minimum 3–7 years experience in export sales, preferably in beverages / FMCG. Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and INCOTERMS. Proven track record of achieving export sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel internationally as required. Knowledge of Middle East, Africa, Asia, or European beverage markets is an added advantage. Preferred Attributes: Strong networking skills with established overseas client/dealer base.
