The role includes filling, packing, labeling, sealing, quality checking, and dispatch-ready packing of products such as creams, shampoos, oils, soaps, face wash, scrubs, gels, lotions, etc. Key Responsibilities Product Filling & Packing Filling products in jars/bottles/tubes/pouches as per quantity and weight. Proper capping, sealing, shrink wrapping, and leak-proof packing. Labeling & Batch Coding Apply labels neatly (alignment, no bubbles, clean finish). Paste MRP sticker / batch no. / mfg-exp details (if required). Quality Check Check jar/bottle quality, cap fitment, leakage, damage, and cleanliness. Ensure correct product, correct fragrance/color, correct packaging material. Packing Slip & Order Matching Match products with order sheet / packing slip. Ensure correct quantity and correct variant in every order. Dispatch Ready Packing Strong carton packing with bubble wrap/partition. Mark carton (Fragile/This Side Up) and keep dispatch details ready. Stock & Packaging Material Handling Maintain packaging material (jars, bottles, caps, labels, cartons). Inform supervisor for low stock / damaged stock. Workplace Hygiene & Safety Maintain clean packaging table and tools. Follow basic safety and hygiene standards.
