The Ticketing Manager will be responsible for event setup, event operations, communication, event ticketing, and client management. The Ticketing Manager will handle the day-to-day tasks of managing event sales, coordinating event operations, ensuring effective communication with clients, and providing excellent client service. You'll partner with engineering teams to ensure our platform stays fast and resilient during traffic spikes while continuously improving automation, observability, security, and cost efficiency.
