Plant Supervisor (Semi-Automatic Corrugated Box Manufacturing)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end production operations of the corrugated plant in Khopoli Monitor daily output to ensure targets are met in line with plant capacity (120 MT/month). Supervise and coordinate with machine operators and shop floor staff. Ensure maintenance and smooth functioning of semi-automatic machinery. Maintain quality standards and minimize material wastage. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Manage raw material inventory (kraft paper, ink, stitching wire, etc.). Prepare and maintain daily production and downtime reports. Assist in manpower planning, training. Coordinate with sales and dispatch team for timely deliveries. Qualifications & Skills: Any Degree preferably with technical background. (preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in corrugated box manufacturing (semi-automatic preferred). Strong understanding of corrugation processes and quality control. Leadership and team management skills. Good knowledge of safety protocols and maintenance best practices. Proficient in MS Excel or ERP systems (preferred).
