Job Description

As a Plant Operator at our Oleoresin facility located in Gundlupet, Karnataka, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the plant machinery and equipment. To excel in this role, you should have an ITI qualification in Fitter/Electrical and possess 1-3 years of relevant experience. It is mandatory to have completed an apprenticeship program. Your primary duties will include ensuring the smooth functioning of the plant operations, conducting regular inspections, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be expected to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. During the probation period of 6 months, the salary offered will be 13,000 INR along with food and accommodation. Upon successful completion of probation, the salary will be revised to 15,000 INR along with food and accommodation provided. The ideal candidate for this position should be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess good technical skills.
