Job Title: Plant Engineer Job Summary : We are looking for a highly skilled Plant Engineer with over 10 years of experience in managing and maintaining plant operations, preferably in the seafood industry. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in industrial machinery, utilities, and plant maintenance, with the ability to handle large-scale operations independently. Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily plant engineering and maintenance operations. Ensure optimum functioning of machinery and equipment (Boilers, Refrigeration units, Freezers, Generators, etc.). Implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure minimal downtime. Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams for smooth operations. Manage spare parts inventory and ensure cost-effective procurement. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations. Lead a team of technicians and junior engineers. Prepare and manage engineering budgets and operational reports. Handle vendor development and AMC contracts. Required Skills : Strong technical knowledge of seafood or food processing equipment. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in CAPEX/OPEX planning and implementation. Knowledge of ISO, HACCP, and other industry standards (preferred). Ability to join immediately or within 15 days. Eligibility Criteria : B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in plant engineering/maintenance. Preferably from the seafood or food processing industry. Only Male candidates from Andhra Pradesh will be considered.
