Planning And Marketing Executive

A. Planning & Coordination

• Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans and execution timelines.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, production and project execution teams.
• Monitor project progress against planned schedules and identify delays.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure timely coordination between internal departments for project completion.

B. Structural Marketing & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in structural steel fabrication and erection.
• Generate leads and approach potential clients, contractors, consultants and EPC companies.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate for technical and commercial proposals.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and business proposals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

C. Client Services & Relationship Management

• Act as a point of contact for clients regarding project requirements and updates.
• Understand client specifications, expectations and project deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries and concerns.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients.
• Maintain client records, enquiry status and project-related documentation.

3. Educational Qualification

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Candidates from a Mechanical Engineering background only will be preferred.

4. Eligibility Criteria

• Age Group:

  2735 years.

• Experience:

  Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in structural steel fabrication, steel structures, industrial projects, infrastructure or EPC companies is preferred.
