Role & responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Develop creative and functional interior design concepts, layouts, and mood boards. Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D visualizations using CAD, SketchUp. Select and specify appropriate materials, furnishings, lighting, and finishes. Ensure designs comply with safety, building codes, and regulatory standards. Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement processes. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct site visits to oversee installation and troubleshoot any issues. Preferred candidate profile Diploma in Interior Design, Proven experience of 2+ years in interior design, preferably in [residential/commercial/hospitality] projects. Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS office Excellent creativity, visualization, and conceptual skills. Strong understanding of space planning, color schemes, and material selection. Effective communication and client management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
