About the Role We’re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer / Video Editor who can turn ideas into visually compelling stories. This role plays a key part in shaping how brands communicate across digital platforms—social media, ads, presentations, and campaigns. Success in this position means delivering high-quality motion content that is visually strong, concept-driven, on-brand, and on time. You’ll work closely with designers, strategists, and account teams to bring concepts to life and elevate the overall creative output of the organization. This role sits at the intersection of design, storytelling, and motion , contributing directly to how audiences experience our brand and our clients’ brands. Responsibilities Create engaging motion graphics and video edits for social media, ads, websites, and presentations Translate creative briefs and concepts into clear, visually impactful motion content Edit raw footage into polished videos with proper pacing, rhythm, and storytelling Design and animate graphics, typography, transitions, and visual effects Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists throughout the creative process Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, ads, etc.) Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality Stay updated with motion design trends, tools, and formats Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in motion graphics and/or video editing Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro , and related Adobe tools Solid understanding of motion design principles, typography, and composition Experience in video editing, transitions, and basic sound syncing Ability to visualize concepts and convert static designs into motion Attention to detail and a strong sense of timing and pacing Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively A portfolio or showreel showcasing motion graphics and video work Good to Have: Experience with social media-first content Basic knowledge of 3D tools or plugins (Element 3D, Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.) Understanding of branding and marketing-driven storytelling
