About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead client relationships and drive the execution of multi-channel digital marketing initiatives. You’ll act as a strategic bridge between clients and our internal teams — design, content, SEO, and campaigns — ensuring smooth execution, on-time delivery, and measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Understand their business goals, manage expectations, and provide regular updates. Project Planning & Execution: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (content, design, SEO, campaign specialists) to develop and deliver comprehensive digital marketing projects. Campaign Implementation: Manage end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, paid ads, etc.), ensuring alignment with client objectives. SEO Implementation: Support basic SEO implementation across web and content projects. Learning and upskilling in SEO is acceptable and supported. Quality Control & Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of marketing assets with attention to quality and brand consistency. Reporting & Optimization: Collaborate with the analytics team to track performance, generate reports, and provide optimization recommendations. Key Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or project management roles Strong understanding of marketing channels (email, social media, paid campaigns, web, etc.) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working with cross-functional teams Basic knowledge of SEO; willingness to learn and grow in this area Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana,) is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines Nice to Have: Experience in a marketing agency or managing multiple client accounts SEO implementation Expertise Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Hubspot etc..
