About the Role Pixel Element Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to management. The role involves coordinating communications, managing schedules, supporting business operations, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day activities across multiple companies owned by the group. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office communications across all companies owned by the CEO. Organize and coordinate calendar invites, online meetings, and in-person appointments. Document and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) as required. Prepare business-related calculations, financial projections, and assist in implementation of strategies. Draft reports and presentations when needed. Support in recruitment activities, including preparing job descriptions and assisting in hiring processes. Ensure professional documentation and efficient record keeping. Be available to travel domestically and internationally when required. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field preferred. Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Good working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT for drafting, summarizing, and productivity enhancement. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality. Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
