Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our interior design solutions and construction services . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate, architecture, or design industries and be capable of identifying client needs, presenting appropriate solutions, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business leads in the interior design and construction sector. Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits as needed. Understand client requirements and offer tailored design and construction solutions. Collaborate with the design and technical team to deliver proposals, quotations, and project plans. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets. Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Preferred: Local market knowledge and existing network in real estate or design sectors. Own vehicle and willingness to travel for client meetings or site visits. Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in construction or interior design. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
