As an integral part of our organization, the Flutter Developer will collaborate with other developers, designers, and product owners to create high-quality and user-friendly mobile applications. Job Specifications Exp Required: 0-2 Yrs Mode of Work: In office ( Flexible culture + Time off ) Service Bond: Applicable for 1 year (At least Compensation: Fixed + Incentives Key Responsibilities Develop mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, IOS. Collaborate with designers to implement user-friendly interfaces. Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code. Integrate third-party libraries and APIs for enhanced functionality. Utilize version control systems to manage codebase. Perform testing and QA of applications to ensure quality standards. Continuously research and implement best practices in mobile development. Optimize app performance for scalability and speed. Collaborate with backend developers to support application functionality. Participate in Agile development practices and daily stand-ups. Take ownership of application releases and updates. Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team. Required Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Must have proven experience of 2-3 years in cross mobile app development, especially with Flutter. Must have strong proficiency in Dart programming language. Must have experience with RESTful APIs and integration. Must have familiarity with platform-specific configurations (iOS & WEB). Must have strong understanding of state management. Must have knowledge of version control systems like Git. Preferred familiarity with Google Firebase. Preferred experience working in cross-functional teams. Preferred experience with testing frameworks, like Flutter Test.
