We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Revit Structure Modeler to join our BIM team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and detailing LOD 400 structural models , with a strong emphasis on sheet preparation, annotation, and documentation as per project standards. This role involves coordination with multidisciplinary teams and delivering high-quality construction-ready documentation. Key Responsibilities: Develop structural models in Revit to LOD 400 with a focus on constructability. Generate construction documentation sheets including plans, sections, elevations, and details. Work with BIM Coordinators and Engineers to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Annotate and tag elements accurately, and ensure all sheets are aligned with industry standards (e.g., AIA, NBS, project-specific). Collaborate with architects, MEP modelers, and other stakeholders for clash detection and model coordination. Participate in regular review meetings and respond to markups or redlines. Maintain model cleanliness and follow naming conventions, work sets, and templates.
