Additionally, this role will include managing and mentoring a team of data scientists and AI engineers, providing leadership and guidance to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities: AI & ML Development: Design and build AI models from scratch, optimize machine learning algorithms, and integrate them into our ERP solution. AI Pipeline & Infrastructure: Develop and maintain an AI development and deployment pipeline using cloud and containerized solutions. Research & Innovation: Conduct R&D activities to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and efficiency. NLP & Computer Vision: Work on sentiment analysis, NLP, and computer vision tasks to enhance product capabilities. Model Deployment & APIs: Deploy ML models, create APIs, and ensure seamless integration into production systems. Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with product teams to explore AIs impact and align AI strategies with business objectives. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and AI engineers. Provide guidance, training, and career development support to junior team members.
