Products do not meet the required standards, and they wear/tear in short span of time. Customer service is very bad, as pinnacle takes a huge time in replacing any part in the product, totally dissatisfied by Pinnacle.

Prices are fixed. One sad person will be there who will explain all the prices. And waits with a disappointment that he will hear a NO. And mostly it will be a NO as there is no sale and no price drops and hence this place can be avoided. Furniture city is a better place.
