Role & responsibilities : Build and manage partnerships with schools, colleges, universities , and aviation consultants to generate student leads. Identify and onboard education agents, franchise partners , and admission counselors across Gujarat and India. Conduct outreach programs, seminars, and presentations to promote CPL (Commercial Pilot License) and aviation career paths . Develop and execute student recruitment strategies focused on aviation education. Represent Pilot 360 at career fairs, expos, and aviation education events . Work closely with the marketing team to create region-specific promotional campaigns . Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ensure lead-to-admission conversion. Preferred candidate profile : Minimum 15 years experience in business development, education marketing, or aviation sector partnerships . Strong network of education consultants, agents, or academic institutions is highly desirable. Understanding of pilot training programs, CPL licensing , and DGCA regulations is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred
