Role & responsibilities Conduct internal audits of expenses, payroll, and cash inflows and outflows across group entities Review and verify reconciliation of payments, receipts, bank accounts, and inter-company transactions Assess adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and financial processes Verify statutory compliances and ensure timely filing of all regulatory statements and returns Identify control gaps, financial risks, and process inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and finance teams for audit closures Prepare audit reports, observations, and follow-up on implementation of recommendations Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies Preferred candidate profile Chartered Accountant (CA) / CIA / CPA or equivalent qualification preferred 4-6 years of experience in internal audit, statutory audit, or risk/compliance roles Experience auditing multi-entity or group-company structures Strong knowledge of payroll, taxation, reconciliations, and audit frameworks in UK and India High attention to detail, independence, and analytical mindset Exposure to cross-border audits or multiple industries is an advantage What we Offer: Group-level audit exposure across diverse industries High ownership and independence in role Opportunity to strengthen governance and risk controls across businesses.
