Props & Queues: Organize and replenish booth props, backdrops, and print supplies. Manage the guest queue at busy events to keep lines moving smoothly. Equipment Care & Reporting: Handle all vintage equipment carefully and securely during events. Keep an inventory of booth items and complete post-event checklists/reports to track usage. Physical Fitness: Capable of lifting and carrying heavy equipment (up to ~25–30 kg) and standing for long periods. This is a labor-intensive role – you will load and unload the booth, assemble it, and walk or stand during events. Reliability: Very dependable and punctual. Must be willing to work evenings/weekends as events are typically outside regular hours. Local Commuting: Gurgaon-based candidates are preferred. (Applicants from Delhi NCR may be considered only if they can arrange their own daily commute to Gurgaon/events.) Desirable Skills (Nice-to-Have): Prior experience in events, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles. Basic familiarity with photography or lighting equipment.
