Company Description The Pickleball Sports (T) India (PISF) is recognized by The Pickleball World Federation (PWF) and affiliated with The Federation of Pickleball Asia (FPA). With a strong mission to develop, promote, and nurture pickleball across India, PISF strives to make the sport accessible to people of all ages and skill levels. Role Description This is a part time, on-site role for a Volunteer Staff member based in New Delhi. The Volunteer Staff will actively contribute to organizing and managing pickleball events, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, and assisting in activities that promote the sport across different communities. Responsibilities include supporting logistics, event planning, public outreach initiatives, and ensuring smooth communication among all parties involved. Additionally, they will assist in maintaining records of activities and providing reports as required. Qualifications Event Management and Coordination skills, including planning and execution of sports activities Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders, participants, and committee members Organizational and Time Management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently Problem-Solving and Adaptability skills, particularly in dynamic and high-energy environments A passion for sports and community engagement, specifically an interest in promoting pickleball Basic knowledge of sports management or experience in a similar role is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools for presentations and event-related tasks A commitment to fostering inclusivity and supporting grassroots sporting initiatives
