Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Monitor the health of residents regularly (check BP, sugar levels, etc.). Administer daily medications as per doctors instructions. Provide first aid and wound care. Maintain records of residents health and medication. Assist in hospital visits or coordinate with doctors for consultations. Educate residents on hygiene, nutrition, and basic health care. Maintain cleanliness and infection control in the health area. Support bedridden or disabled residents with feeding, bathing, and movement. Requirements Skills Needed: Compassionate and patient approach. Basic nursing care and emergency response skills. Good communication and record-keeping. Ability to work independently in low-resource settings. Respectful and non-judgmental attitude towards vulnerable individuals.
