Job Responsibilities – Physics Faculty (NEET & JEE)1. Classroom Teaching

• Teach Physics to students of Class 11, Class 12, NEET, and JEE batches.
• Deliver engaging, concept-based, and exam-focused lectures.
• Use board teaching, digital tools, and problem-solving sessions effectively.

2. Syllabus Planning & Execution

• Prepare and complete the full Physics syllabus as per NEET & JEE patterns.
• Divide the syllabus into monthly, weekly, and daily teaching plans.

3. Doubt Clearing

• Conduct regular doubt sessions, both individual and group.
• Ensure every student’s conceptual clarity.

4. Test Preparation & Evaluation

• Help design and review chapter tests, unit tests, part tests, and full tests.
• Analyze test results and guide students for improvement.

5. Study Material Development

• Prepare high-quality notes, assignments, worksheets, and MCQ practice material.
• Update content as per latest NEET/JEE exam trends.

6. Student Performance Tracking

• Monitor students’ progress and maintain performance records.
• Identify weak students and provide extra support classes.

7. Classroom Management

• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Motivate students to stay focused and consistent.

8. Academic Meetings

• Attend academic planning meetings with the team.
• Coordinate with other subject faculties for batch progress.

9. Parent Communication

• Participate in PTMs and update parents about their child’s academic performance.

10. Professional Conduct

• Be punctual, responsible, and maintain institute discipline.
• Follow all academic policies and guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
