Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - B2B Sales #Nutra, located in Nashik. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for generating and managing B2B business opportunities, building and fostering relationships with clients in the nutraceutical and food industries. Key tasks include identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly revenue goals. The role also involves monitoring market trends, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the development of strategic sales plans. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in B2B sales Knowledge of the nutraceutical or food industry and familiarity with associated product portfolios Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships Analytical and problem-solving skills for market analysis and developing tailored solutions Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; relevant experience in sales or the nutraceutical industry is preferred
