Job Title: E-commerce & Operations Executive Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented E-commerce & Operations Executive to manage end-to-end e-commerce operations and support brand management activities. The candidate should be capable of handling direct POs, quick commerce deliveries, seller panels, delivery coordination, listings management, basic pricing work, and social media handling. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Logistics: Manage direct POs, quick commerce orders, and e-commerce portal backends. Coordinate delivery appointments with warehouses and transporters. Ensure timely dispatches and deliveries by liaising with transporters and internal teams. Handle documentation, invoicing, delivery challans, and shipping labels. Maintain records and track shipment movement till final delivery. Seller Panel Management: Operate and manage seller panels for Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, etc. Regularly update product listings, stock levels, and pricing. Monitor order status, cancellations, and returns. Brand & Product Management: Maintain and update brand catalogues and listings across platforms. Assist in creating new product listings with content, images, and specifications. Prepare and update pricing sheets, offer calendars, and portal-specific rates. Social Media & Marketing Support: Coordinate with the design team/agency to post regular updates on social media. Assist in basic social media management and response handling. Track competitor prices, offers, and trending products.
