TITLE : Maintenance Engineer DEPARTMENT : Maintenance REPORTING TO : Maintenance Head QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma/Degree Mechanical 4+6 years of experience in Injection Molding maintenance department in any industry. Job Location Ambernath RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for handling team of maintenance and authorized for teams daily work schedule. Responsible for determining the preventive maintenance schedule for Injection molding Machines. Periodical inspection of entire utility system. Responsible for the preventive maintenance activities to be conducted on time and as per schedule. Responsible for all maintenance activities of machinery and Utilities and their Corrective & Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, planning for Spares Procurement etc. To train departmental Personnel for effective maintenance. To implement quality system in department. To coordinate with the Quality Assurance Manager for calibration of equipment To co-ordinate the validation activities of equipment and utilities.
