I visited fortis gurgaon for surgery. I was too scared before surgery but everything went smoothly all because of Dr Deepti Asthana and her team. Sisters n GA were very helping specially Sister Ritika. I am feeling better, Now I can walk n able to do basic functions on my own.

Doctors are good but absolutely poor customer service/receptionists, nursing staff has to be chased for everything, front desk of radiation oncology and chemotherapy in particular are rude and totally disorganized. A hospital isn't just about having a fancy building.
