Job Summary The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects related to process equipment manufacturing within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams and ensure client Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Scheduling Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Define scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements. 2. Execution & Monitoring Oversee fabrication, assembly, and testing of process equipment. Monitor progress against schedule and budget; implement corrective actions when needed. 3. Client Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular progress meetings and provide status reports. 4. Team Management Lead and coordinate internal teams (engineering, procurement, production, QA/QC). Ensure eective communication and collaboration across departments. 5. Risk Management Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. 6. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate project documentation including drawings, reports, and change orders. Prepare final project completion reports and lessons learned. 7. Budget & Cost Control Track project expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets. Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors for cost optimization. Co ordinate with Finance department internal and external. Experience & Location Preferences • Professional Experience: Minimum 810 years of proven experience in managing engineering projects, preferably in process equipment manufacturing for Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors. • Preferred Location: Candidates residing in Kalyan or Bhiwandi areas are preferred.
